Beginner Pilates Mat
Learn how to activate and strengthen your core muscles, primarily your abdominals, pelvic muscles, back muscles, shoulders and inner legs. Great for those with mild back issues to strengthen core and relieve pain. Great for those who want to begin their experience with Pilates and then join a Pilates 1 Mat class or group class on the equipment.

Pilates + Mat
Half hour on equipment, half hour of mat work. Gain a solid understanding of the basic (though challenging) exercises of both the mat work and the equipment.
Intermediate level. You don't have to be super strong, just some experience with Pilates and the basic principles. Please inquire to register, or to see if you are the appropriate level.
