Martha Mason is in the Master Trainer Track Program, is an authorized Pre-Trainer for GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS®. This Pre-Training is being offered to time well for the GYROTONIC® Foundation Course being offered by Kathy VanPatten, August 3-14 at Motion Arts in Allston www.motion-arts.com. Whether or not you are interested in pursuing teaching GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® as a career, Pre-Trainings can be a wonderful way for committed GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® students to deepen their understanding of the work and gain stamina through a time-intensive process.
